The Vice President of Sales & Marketing must have experience developing and implementing product marketing plans. This individual will continually evolve the strategic marketing direction of Leisure and be responsible for its implementation through individual and team efforts. Success in this position requires a proven leader who can learn and evolve our business including marketing services to new and existing clients and including providing marketing services for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing – Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan.
- Client services – Expand our ability to deliver branding, strategic marketing and merchandising services.
- Client development – Maximize opportunities with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Vendor development – Evolve our vendor base to maximize strategic relationships.
- Product licensing – Help identify, develop, present and license our many product ideas.
- New business – Identify and develop new business opportunities.

The Creative Director drives the creative and strategic solutions for our graphics department. The CD will oversee and manage all graphic and multi-media projects and staff. The CD will work parallel with industrial designers, engineers and model makers throughout the product development process. The CD is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the graphics department.
Responsibilities include managing all projects, working with clients, establishing budgets, concept development, and translation of marketing objectives into creative strategies. The CD will lead an energetic team in the development of promotional materials, packaging, collateral and multi-media communications. The position requires a familiarity of a variety of design applications, such as the Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Power Point.
Requirements: BFA, 5-7 Years leadership experience and project management skills. The CD will also work with the other Leisure departments to prepare and present sales presentations.

The Art Director reports to the Creative Director and must work effectively within a team environment. The responsibilities of the AD include working on a wide range of projects, including collateral, packaging, identity/logo, brochures, POP, signage, marketing materials, websites and multi-media presentations. The position requires proficiency in a variety of design applications, such as the Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, and Power Point.
The Art Director will be responsible for preparing quotes, project management and maintaining quality service to clients. Strong communication and presentation skills are required. The AD should maintain a clear understanding of evolving design trends as it applies to all forms of visual communications.
