Situation
Satellite Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of portable sanitation equipment, wanted to create a more upscale and user-friendly portable restroom unit that was easy and efficient to clean and service—all while reducing manufacturing costs.

Solution
Instead of employing conventional thermoform manufacturing, WhiteBoard and Satellite incorporated blow-molding technology using PE. This gave the Maxim 3000 increased structural strength, a better fit, and a smooth finish inside and out while facilitating easier assembly. Its subtle forms and curves unite individual components, including a deeper sump for maximum deodorizer effect. Coined the most operator-efficient portable in the marketplace, component replacement in the field takes less time due to the unit’s simple, stronger construction with fewer fasteners. All this has made the Maxim 3000 an easy-sell to event organizers and disaster relief coordinators.
