Wall Pass-Thru Collector
NORTH GREEN COMMUNICATIONS

North Green Communications pioneered the first drive-thru charity collectors at quick-serve restaurants. Unfortunately, an estimated 30-40% of revenue from these collectors was lost due to vandals. Further, the entry slot for donations was labeled but hidden from view, leaving many customers reluctant to give. North Green needed their collection system to better secure revenue and encourage donations to get franchise owners and customers participating again.

Because the collectors were mounted to the restaurant's exterior, they were vulnerable to theft. WhiteBoard developed a collector that passed the donations through the wall of the restaurant and directly into a secure holding area. More effective graphic communication is also incorporated with information positioned at eye-level. Right below the graphic is the entry slot, providing a direct view to the deposit. With these improvements, the new collector is expected to increase revenue twofold within the next 2 years.
