b-50 was a leading provider of business process outsourcing services to the restaurant industry. Their innovative software solutions took “back of the house” work, like accounting, payroll, and reporting, then quickly provided franchisers with a big-picture view of their day-to-day operations. But they wanted new sales materials—a brochure, website, messaging—to incite potential new clients and shorten their sales cycle.
When the Graphic Design Department learned the name b-50 came from the unit number on their first office, they recommended the project begin with a re-branding. A name that was suggestive of their services would be more memorable and begin to tell their important story. The client agreed, and after an extensive process, DelaGet came out on top: customers “delegate” tasks to the software, and they “get” results back.
