Translating technical knowledge to a user-friendly installation guide was accomplished for Milestone.  Our process began with a definition review with the client. Video documented field research took place with the installer going through the installation process. The documentation was used to create thumbnail sketches and storyboard instructions. Refinement with client maintaining technical accuracy during user validation process was achieved through clear and simple written and visual communication.
